Terms and Conditions Fee for up to 8 participants per course 12,000 Euro (5days) or 10,000 Euro (3days) Fee per participant* over 8 1,000 Euro (5days) or 800 Euro (3days) Fees include one manual per participant. Extra manuals Standard Ecomony Class, or Business Class if flights exceed 6 hours, shall be reimbursed from Perth Process.. 1. Client signs and returns the "Permanent File Delete Agreement" at least 14 days prior to the agreed course date. This agreement indicates a commitment to the course by both parties. 2. The course original source files (A4 only) and copying instructions are downloaded, or copied to client's FTP site, 7 days prior to course, for reproduction by client. Copyright applies: Client agrees that copies for course participants only will be produced plus two for instructor and that all course files will be permanently deleted. 3. If client elects to cancel the course after the Permanent File Delete Agreement is returned all files shall immediately be deleted without copying AND a 5,000 Euro cancellation fee shall immediately become due and payable. This is to reduce inconvenience and loss of consulting income. 4. Client provides up to 7 days hotel accommodation per 5 day course. Please inform travel agent: - room is Direct Billed** to client not paid by Instructor - room to good business class standard - non-smoking room with one double bed - one meal per day - laundry - 24hr broadband internet access 5. Small, legitimate expenses (e.g. taxis, local transportation, courier, visa etc) related to course but not covered above will be invoiced and may be estimated where necesssary (e.g. taxi back to airport, office). 6. Client approves Invoice on the third day (usually Wednesday) of the course for payment by Electronic Funds Transfer within 15 days (no cheques). Client confirms that no unauthorised paper or electronic copies of course materials have been retained. 7. Meeting room facilities, audio-visuals and refreshments provided by client. (See Lecture Room Setup Instructions) 8. The above fees are Euro (EUR) net received and are free and clear of any and all local taxes, withholding taxes, GST, VAT, local agency fees etc. 9. Course dates as mutually agreeable. *Participant: Anyone who attends the course for a day or more OR receives a manual. **Direct Billed: Client arranges and pays for accommodation directly. Hotel is NOT paid by Instructor for later re-imbursement. Discount for Two or More Consecutive Courses A discount equal to 10% of the published Fee is provided when two or more courses are run consecutively back to back.
