Conditions: Public Courses Free Repeat Attendance: Post August 2002 public course students may attend all or part of the course a second time at no charge providing 1) a repeat course manual or updates are not issued, 2) numbers do not force a change of venue 3) the course’s effectiveness to others or profitability are not compromised 4) itemised per capita incidentals i.e. beverages, room charge (if levied) are paid by student, 5) Instructor reserves right of attendance Class Size: Class sizes are limited to 15. Registrations are treated on a First Come First Served basis. Confirmation will be sent after a successful registration. Class Hours: Morning 8-12, Afternoon 1-4pm. Voluntary discussion and questions continue after 4pm. Students Should Bring: Calculator, Ruler, Pencil, Eraser, Pad of Squared Paper, Post 1994 Schlumberger Chart Book (for your convenience - essential charts are included) Course Fees: Fees payable in Euro, US Dollars or Australian Dollars. Fees provide the registrant with admittance to the course, one course manual, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunch and a certificate upon completion of the course. Early Registration: Petrophysics Pty Ltd appreciate receiving registrations one month (or more) prior to the course start date. Please make an effort to place your registration as early as possible.. Please clear attendance with your supervisor at your earliest convenience, and complete this form. (See Late Payment) Payment: Full payment should be received by the last business day (usually a Friday) BEFORE the course start date. Payments received after this date attract a 10% Late Payment Fee. Payments not received by the 3rd morning of the course (usually a Wednesday) cause the registrant to be technically in default, and thus ineligible to attend the course, receive the course manual, or the course certificate. However, please note that such cases will always be discussed in private and with the utmost discretion. This strict policy minimizes paperwork and avoids the need for Petrophysics Pty Ltd to waste time collecting unpaid invoices long after the course has finished. Refunds, Cancellations, Transfers, Substitutions: Cancellations received by Petrophysics Pty Ltd before 21 days before the course start date receive a 90% refund. Cancellations after that date are non-refundable. One registrant may be substituted for another at any time at no charge (please email old and new names). Please Note The Free Repeat Attendance feature adds flexibility and reduces your need to cancel. Any portion of the course may be attended the first time and the manual received for private study. The remaining days, or the whole course, may be attended at any Public Course venue. Certificates: A certificate is awarded to each student upon completion of the course, providing payment has been received. Extra Course Manuals: A manual will be provided on the first day of the course. This manual is Copyright protected and no part of it can be copied. If you would like extra copies please see the Course Manual page. Orders may also be made direct to the Instructor during classes. Petrophysics Pty Ltd reserve the right to cancel a course if enrollment is punitively sub-commercial, although this is avoided wherever possible. This decision is made 10 days prior to the course start date. If PPL elect to can cancel the course registrants receive a 100% refund.
